Menopause

Menopause occurs when a woman permanently stops having her menstrual cycle. This phase of life usually occurs around the early 50s, but can occur as early as a woman’s mid-30s. It’s often referred to as “the change” and brings with it a variety of dreaded symptoms, including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety
  • Change in hair growth
  • Depression
  • Hormonal changes
  • Hot flashes
  • Mood swings
